We generally recommend ordering one size down, or even two sizes down if you want a stronger shaping effect.

If you prefer moderate compression and all-day comfort, go with your regular size.

For taller women:

If you’re on the taller side, we recommend sizing down for a more defined waist, or sticking to your regular size for extra comfort, especially if you’re 5’10” (1.78 m) or taller.

The adjustable straps make a big difference in fit. Most taller women choose their normal size for that reason.
