Refund policy

At Blunttique, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply email us at support@blunttique.com. Please note that Blunttique does not cover return shipping costs, and we do not provide return labels at this time. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Our store has a cancellation policy for orders that have not yet been fulfilled. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@blunttique.com as soon as possible — ideally within 15 minutes of placing your order.

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so after this window, we may not be able to cancel your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damages and issues 

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

Please inspect your item upon delivery and email us within 24 hours of receiving it at support@blunttique.com if you notice any issues.

Be sure to include:

A clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product

A photo of the shipping packaging

A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, if the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, you’ll be eligible for a replacement or store credit equal to the full amount paid.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes personal care goods (such as beauty and skincare products), opened or used items, and anything marked as final sale. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out to us first. We’re always happy to help at support@blunttique.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind:
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

1 Year Warranty

We offer a 1-YEAR warranty for Glowi & DermaVision. Our 1-year warranty covers replacement and repairs due to malfunctions and manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear, theft, or physical or accidental damage.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@blunttique.com.
