At Blunttique, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery time:

• Standard International Shipping: 6–16 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

If your order takes longer than 16 business days to arrive, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@blunttique.com. We’ll happily look into the status for you.


HANDLING & PROCESSING TIMES

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. We do not ship during weekends.

Blunttique is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and we will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES 

Blunttique is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be incurred once your package arrives in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We will send you a tracking number to your email once the package has been shipped which can be tracked at the following link  Please allow 1-3 business days for new tracking numbers to show updates.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

We’re happy to help with any order changes, just contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made before shipment.


LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, Blunttique is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or postal services. However, we’re always happy to assist — just email us at support@blunttique.com for help tracking your order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS SHIPPING
